For a nice range of shades in the red spectrum, I’d recommend this pollenless mixture. Ranging in shades from soft red to a very dark red plus some red bicolors, flowers are single with dark central disks.

Seed depth: 1/2", Soil Temp. for Germination: 65-75f, Days to Germination: 7-14, Light requirements: full sun, Thin plants to : 10-18" SOWING INDOORS:Sunflowers do not transplant well, however, for best results, start in peat pots and make sure to transplant outdoors before roots emerge out of the bottom of the pot. SOWING OUTDOORS: Sow when soil temperatures reach at least 60f. Thin once plants are established, leaving the strongest looking individuals standing.
